Its hand‑painted stucco ceilings and mouldings give it a distinctive, elegant character inspired by 19th‑century ornamentation. A comfortable living area with a large TV, a dining table for five, and a reading corner. The main suite includes a double bed and a vanity area that’s great for remote work.

Ideal for exploring Tenerife with an authentic city base. Santa Cruz is a strategic point to discover the whole island comfortably.

The full apartment

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and everyday appliances: kettle, capsule coffee machine, hob and fridge. The utility area includes a washing machine, water heater and basic cleaning supplies.

Two additional single bedrooms complete the apartment, one with direct access to the main courtyard and another with a configurable bed setup. The home includes a full bathroom with a walk‑in shower, a separate WC and two courtyards (a service courtyard and the main courtyard). There is also a service cupboard in the living room, which remains locked during the stay.

Amenities & common areas

Guests may enjoy all areas of the apartment, except one room that remains locked for privacy. If your booking is for more than four people, we will open the additional room for your comfort, granting full access to the entire home.

If you’re three or more guests sleeping in separate rooms, please let us know so we can prepare the apartment and open the third bedroom. Otherwise, the setup will be one double bedroom and one single bedroom.

13 minutes’ walk from the Carnival area, but outside the main noise zone — you can enjoy the city while keeping peace and quiet.

Just 600 m from Estadio Heliodoro Rodríguez López, the city’s largest venue, hosting CD Tenerife league matches and major concerts.

Santa Cruz de Tenerife is the island’s hub, offering the best connections and a wide range of services. Excellent transport infrastructure: bus and tram networks, only 12 minutes (12 km) from Tenerife North Airport and 55 km from Tenerife South.

The city has a vibrant cultural and commercial scene: theatres, museums, shops and restaurants. Mercado Nuestra Señora de África is a landmark market where you can find fresh local products and experience authentic Tenerife life.

1. Payment Methods

Payments are processed through Stripe (Stripe, Inc.), a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified platform. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and other Stripe-compatible cards. No card data is stored in our systems.

2. Confirmation Process

100% of the total stay amount is charged at the time of booking, including accommodation and applicable taxes. The booking is confirmed and non-refundable from that moment. You will receive an email confirmation with full details within 24 hours.

3. Prices and Taxes

Published prices include the Canary Islands General Indirect Tax (IGIC), at the standard rate of 7%, applicable in the Canary Islands in place of VAT. The tax breakdown is detailed in the booking confirmation. No additional tourist tax applies in Santa Cruz de Tenerife at the date of this update.

4. Cancellation Policy (Direct Booking)

Direct bookings are non-refundable. At the time of confirming the booking, 100% of the total stay amount is charged, regardless of the cancellation date.

• Cancellation for any reason: no refund of the amount paid will be made.
• No-show: treated as a cancellation and a charge of 100% of the total amount applies. No refund will be made.
• Duly evidenced force majeure (death of a close family member, emergency hospitalisation, natural disaster): each case will be assessed individually and, at the sole discretion of the property, a stay voucher valid for 12 months may be issued, with no cash refund.

We recommend purchasing travel insurance with cancellation cover if you wish to be protected against unforeseen events.

5. Security Deposit

A deposit of €300 (IGIC included) is requested on arrival, by credit card authorisation. This deposit does not constitute an actual charge unless damage occurs at the property. The deposit is released within a maximum of 7 days after check-out, following inspection of the accommodation.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article 103(l) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (TRLGDCU), the 14-day right of withdrawal provided for distance contracts does not apply to accommodation service contracts that specify a particular date or period of performance. Therefore, once the booking is confirmed, no right of withdrawal exists and the cancellation terms set out in section 4 apply.

7. Guest Obligations

The guest undertakes to comply with the house rules, which include quiet hours (from 21:00), a no-smoking policy, no pets and no events or parties. Non-compliance may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund and full retention of the security deposit.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of disputes, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, without prejudice to the rights available to consumers under applicable consumer protection legislation.

This rate does not allow free cancellations, date changes, stay reductions, no-shows or early departures with a right to a refund, except in cases directly attributable to the accommodation or as provided by applicable law.

Should DE VILLA SUITES be unable to provide the contracted service for reasons attributable to the accommodation, the guest will be offered an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable law.

Why do I have to enter my personal data?

Under Spanish law, authorities require tourist accommodation owners to keep a register of all guests. The mandatory minimum data are required by the competent authorities. All data are processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Where is my personal data used?
